Serve garlic butter beef with veggies, mashed potato or rice. <br /><br />✅ Ingredients:<br />• beef tenderloin – 21 oz / 600 g <br />• garlic – 4 cloves <br />• vegetable oil – 1 tbsp <br />• butter – 2 oz / 50 g <br />• ground black pepper – ½ tsp <br />• fresh parsley – 2 sprigs <br />• salt – ½ tsp <br /><br />✔︎ You will need:<br />• pan Ø12 in / 30 cm <br />• carving board <br /><br /> Preparation: <br />1. Cut the beef into dices and mince the garlic. <br />2. Heat a pan over high heat and add the vegetable oil, add the meat and fry on all sides for 4-5 minutes until golden crust. <br />3. Add the butter, garlic, salt and black pepper, stir and fry for 1-2 minutes. <br />4. Switch the heat off and sprinkle the beef with the chopped parsley. <br />5. Serve the beef fried in the garlic butter with veggies, potato puree or rice. <br /><br />❗️Advices: <br />1. For this recipe it is better to take beef tenderloin, thick or thin rib. It is necessary to cut meat into small pieces to have it fried fast. <br />2. Fry meat over high heat so that is being fried not simmered. <br />3.
